It’s all in the perspective.

So today I woke up at 5 and went for my first ever driving lesson. The weather was perfect and so was my instructor.
To start with, he taught me to press the clutch, get the gear right and release it gently. I always kept my right foot on the accelerator and left on brake. This way I ended up messing between the three with least coordination. Sometimes, I even had brakes and accelerator on at the same time.

That moment he told me:
"Decide what you want to do, get control of things and most importantly be confident about what you're doing. You just can't keep trying to accelerate and keep holding yourself back at the same time. You don't need to. If it feels wrong, give it a little break. Hold on to the steering the way you hold on to your elders. They guide through every way down. And if it demands a new turn, press the break, get hold of the clutch, introspect and then accelerate to get it right."

Don't know if I'll get them right now but I wish we could get hold of our lives the same way.

It's all in the perspective. Isn't it?
